on workload, the number of individuals requiring insurance can fluctuate
widely. To identify the frequently changing names and addresses would
create a heavy administrative burden. Our tailored packages avoid this
by agreeing average numbers of operatives to be insured and, on this
basis, a fixed monthly premium can be set, combined with the flexibility
of periodic reconciliations and adjustments. Premiums are collected
from salaries or wages and paid to the insurers via a monthly direct
debit with Naylor Wright. We don't levy interest changes or any administration
fee for this monthly facility. What's more, our schemes provide ongoing
stability of premiums and benefits, an essential factor for any company
in terms of cost control and planning.
